Cast products of high-carbon and alloy steels are manufactured by lost-wax casting method.

Steel grades used include 30L, 40L, 40CL, cobalt-based V3K, nickel-based EP 616А, and more.

Casting is performed at high-frequency induction pot furnaces IST-016 (160 kg) and IST-025 (250 kg).

Casting plate assemblies are formed at automatic device, model 653. This device only works with power moulds having special pullback mechanisms.

Maximum product dimensions are 100mm*40mm*40mm with the weight range of 0.02 kg to 2.2 kg.
