The foundry manufactures cast products of Mg-Al-Mn-Zn alloy.   

Alloy is produced in 1.6 t induction furnaces.      

Other equipment used includes high-pressure casters, types 711А10, 711112, and CLO 1600/130, with seizing reinforcement between 4000 and 16000 kH, as well as special chill mould machines.

Finished products are subjected to chemical oxidisation for corrosion protection. Required hermetic properties are secured by special impregnation at vacuum autoclaves.

Products weight range is 0.1 kg to 25 kg, with maximum dimensions of 650х400х300 mm.
