Metal is melted in industrial frequency induction furnaces IST-10М2.

Moulds are produced by Disamatic 2130В moulding line by method of book-type flaskless moulding (mould size: 600х775х150…400mm), as well as by a George Fischer moulding line by pulsed flask moulding (mould size: 600х800х250/250mm).

Sand core is delivered by single and double position core machines, type 2B83.

Products subject to high mechanical performance and structure requirements are controlled using the German Zeifert X-ray testing facility.

Weight range of cast products is 0.4 kg to 40 kg.
